About Walter:
Walter is a retired Colonel USAFR and the President of THE FIFTH HOUSE, INC, est. March, 1993
Walter created the Wall Street Whiz Stock Market Simulation, a reenactment of the "Crash of 1929, released in 1989, currently found at www.WallStreetWhiz.com. Walt is a Business / Educational Consultant, with a special focus on Cognitive and Whole-Person Student Development through Longitudinal (Growth-Model) Student Assessment design. He has worked with Clemson university supporting cognitive learning research, as well as Johns-Hopkins' School of Environmental Health in Baltimore in Sustainable Development Community projects. His book: Lead from the Middle, Lead from Behind was released in May 2023 on Amazon & Kindle.
